Alumni of the Year Award

SUNY College of Optometry's Alumni of the Year Award is given to a graduate in recognition of his or her service to the profession, the community, and/or the College. All nominations are reviewed and selected by the SUNY Optometry Alumni Association Board of Directors.

All submissions must be received by May 18th

Awards will be presented at SUNY Optometry's Alumni Awards Presentation on October 24th, immediately before Reunion

Please Note: Alumni Board members cannot be considered for nomination while currently serving on the Board. Self nominations are accepted.
